I've been feeling a little melancholy that winter is already approaching when I neglected summer. I only went swimming once, I made out with no one in an alley, there were no road trips, and my pink polka dot sunglasses stayed mostly buried in my bag. I work in animal rescue and am very passionate about my job. It takes up a great deal of my time, and I tend to drown myself in it. There are a great many homeless pets in this town, and they can be pretty demanding customers. So with the impending doom of winter approaching I would like to have someone keep me active and warm. Music is a pivotal part of my life. I collect vinyl records and DJ shows around town. I heart 60's mod, 70's power pop, glam, and some punk. I also like indie stuff. Oh and 60's girl groups. I'm a little obsessed. I hunt down records with a passion that rivals religious crazies. I'll call random phone numbers and write various email addresses trying to contact members of old bands I'll lie and say I'm male, because everyone knows that girls aren't serious about music anyway, right?. I also write for various music 'zines and will do artwork or liner notes for the occasional album. I would like to meet someone who is at least interested in music. Preferably any of the genres I've listed above. If we hit it off I'm going to be inviting you to some shows and I wouldn't want you to be miserable. I wear mainly vintage clothes. I like doing the 60's mod thing, or wearing brightly colored things. I would like you to have some style, and by style, I don't mean throwing on a hoodie and a pair of baggy pants and calling it a day. If you're remotely on my level of thinking, you'll know what I'm talking about. I am tall and slim and looking for the same. Your age range should be 2535 but I can slide either way a year or two.
